Wrong or Damamge
We hope your iLAND experience has been nothing short of amazing. But we get it, sometimes things don't go as planned. If you happen to receive an incorrect package or a damaged product, don't worry, we've got your back! Just shoot us an email at service@ilandworld.com, and we'll jump right into action to assess the situation and fix it up for you.

7-Day No-Reason Returns
For all you lovely folks in the United States and the European Union who made online purchases, we've got a special treat for you. You have a whopping 7 days from the moment you receive your package to return the items, no questions asked! Well, we might ask for a little favor—please make sure the items are in the same shipshape condition as when you received them, all shiny and unused, with their original packaging intact. Oh, and just a heads up, you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Now, for our amazing customers outside the United States and the European Union, we hear you. International shipping can be a bit of a pickle, so unfortunately, we can't offer the 7-day no-reason return option just yet. But we're working on it!

Return Know-How
Once we receive your return request email, we'll swing into action and give you the lowdown on how and where to send that package back to us. And pretty please, don't send the items back without letting us know.

Oh, and one more thing, make sure to scribble "Return" on the outer packaging of your parcel.

The Non-Returnables
We can't accept returns for those fabulous discounted items or the gift packaging. And wholesale and custom orders can't be returned. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!

Exchange
We've got a little confession to make. We don't have a specific exchange service. Just return the item you want to exchange and go ahead and place a shiny new order for the item you desire.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll reach out to you with the good news. If your refund gets the green light, we'll work our magic to process it back to your original payment method. Now, keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take a little time to process and post the refund. They're a bit slow, but we promise they'll get there eventually.
